Food is lovely

Lovely meal, delivered faster than expected and the driver was great. Couldn't fault it.

They lost my prepaid order. Then deliver the wrong order

Arrived nearly an hour late, if it was not for my sore knee I would of went for it my self

I ordered online at 3.05pm as their website says open at 3pm. The order was accepted and paid for on line, for collection due in 20 minutes. I had an email to confirm the order. When i got there 20 minutes later, they had not started the order. They abruptly said 4pm start. I use this outlet regular all year around. But they have now lost a very regular customer.

The baked potato was slightly undercooked. The pizzas were amazing.

Delivery takes a lot longer than the time promised but we’re used to that. The chicken dopiaza was wonderful - thank you.

Food was freezing,

First time had order delivered and was well pleased. Delivered dead on time.

Naan bread needed a wee reheat bit otherwise all good.

Waited for over 90mins for 1 large kebab and when it arrived after calling twice, it was small and cold

Chips and curry sauce - soggy undercooked strips of potato rather than chips. Inedible - it went straight in the bin. Why not serve the sauce separately- and how about cooking the chips properly as well?

The meal arrived half an hour late, the burger was cold and there were onions on it when we asked for no onions. The curry was hot though.

I ordered via the app at 5.30pm for delivery. It didn’t come so I called at 7pm and my order hadn’t even been dealt with. I then came to collect it after paying delivery so was over charged

Brilliant food, good service all provided at a good price.

Never disappointed with my pizza from here.

The food was lovely however the salad and sauce was missing

Don't want to speak too soon, however, our last few deliveries have been on time. Our main complaint has been about delivery times, our last bad experience being almost an hour late. Two hours for two baked potatoes is ridiculous. Here's hoping bad delivery times are a thing of the past because the food is fantastic!!!

Regular visitors in Dunoon and the 3-1 is our go to place but yesterdays food was awful the chips tasted reheated and the chicken was good extremely chewy the kids pizza was burnt really disappointing

Ordered meal at17:35 for delivery which was supposed to be 50 minutes arrived at 19:20 after a phone call to ask where it was food was lookwarm won't be using again.

Took almost 90 minutes from time of order till delivery. But the food was, as always, excellent.
