Did not deliver

Gave a delivery time of 50 minutes, actually took 2 hours and ten minutes to arrive.

The rest of the food was great but The Angus burger, it was extremely chewy and quite a bit of fat and grizzle through it, never been that bad in previous orders. couldn't even eat it, had to throw half of it away. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered jacket potato,cheese was tasteless and coleslaw non existent. Husband ordered curry which was nothing but sauce

Ordered 2 night both said 50 mins first night was 1.5 hours ans send was over 2 hours. Food was cold really disappointed as its our go to the time before we were missing a pizza got another one but was freezing couldn't eat it. Time before was missing juice and sauces. I don't know what's happened but it's not the same and won't be using again for a while

Food was cold and over an hour later that estimated. I phoned to find out where the order was and they were helpful and the delivery driver was lovely.

I ordered my food at 8pm. Called the restaurant at 9.30pm to be told it had just left the shop. Rang back at 9.55pm to be told it hadn’t even been made! This is not the first time!

Food was delicious, was not as hot as would have hoped, but didn't spoil the food.

The pizza was burnt. The delivery didn’t have all the items but the restaurant resolved this by having the rest delivered by another driver. The delivery took a long time. However, the quality of the pizza was poor.

Ordered dinner at 7.10 is online ten minutes later I phoned the restaurant to make sure they recieved and changed pizza from stuffed crust - normal pizza. The website said delivery 50mins (8.20pm) at quarter past 9 dinner arrived I have 2 kids that were starving. Not great and this isn't the fist this happened. I called the restaurant 8. 45 to ask where it was they said it was leaving in 5mins but it took a further 15mins to arrive I stay 5mins max from restaurant.

Quality of food not up to usual standards, very dissapointing.

Ordered and was told it would be around 50 mins for delivery. Arrived nearly 2 hours later with 3 items missing. I phoned and was told it was being sent straight out and it took another 45 mins to arrive (we live 10 mins away).

Ordered meal at 6.45pm and didn't receive until near 9.30pm. Phoned at 8.15pm to he told it was with the next delivery which it obviously wasn't. Appalling service.

I wrote allergy advice on the order. Phoned to ensure they understood the allergy advice, they said they did. But still put the added food that I advised them not to put on it. Retards the lot of them

forgot to make our pizza so waited an extra 15mins and the other food got cold
